BURBANK YOUTH CLUB

Teen Art Studio Club

The Teen Studio Club is a dedicated space for teen artists (14-18) who are passionate about exploring their creativity and developing their skills in a focused, supportive environment. This program is designed for teens who take their art seriously—whether your medium is painting, drawing, sculpture, or mixed media.

Meeting on Friday nights from 7:00-10:00, the Studio Club offers guided projects, or space for independent creation, skill-building workshops, all in a professional studio setting. Participants will have access to high-quality art supplies, expert guidance, and a community of peers who share their commitment to artistic growth.

A unique feature of the program is that teens themselves choose the themes for quarterly art shows, giving them group ownership over the creative direction and building collaboration & team building skills.. Each season, participants will host a public art reception, a celebratory event where they can showcase—and even sell—their work. These experiences are invaluable for building an artist’s resume, allowing teens to list exhibits and public events as part of their creative achievements.

Membership is limited to ensure every participant receives personalized attention and has the opportunity to engage deeply with their work, and the comfort and space needed to flourish. Teens interested in joining are asked to apply, demonstrating both enthusiasm and dedication to their craft.

Our goal is to foster young artists, build connections, and inspire creative confidence. We are here to mentor, challenge, inspire, and nurture your artistic journey.

If you’re teen is interested, please have them fill out the application using the link below. We will then contact them for an in-person interview and tour of the space.
