Artist statement
As an artist I use photography to capture forgotten places in their natural state. I often attempt to enhance the space by adding an element of beauty, making a visual moment of value. My goal is to create a relationship between my subject and the environment, an inspirational image.
Biography info
I have worked professionally as a photographer in the medical field. My fine art photography has been exhibited in galleries such as Carriage Barn in New Canaan, CT, Kehler Liddell Gallery in New Haven, Hygienic Gallery in New London, Shoreline Arts Association in Madison CT among others in the state of Connecticut. I have received numerous awards including High Honors from the Shoreline Arts, other awards from Hygienic, Arts Center East, Norwich Art Center and Milford Art Association. My studio space currently resides at 880 Burbank Avenue Studios in Suffield, CT
